AltInvest helps investors in generating steady return over investments. AltInvest uses Invoices as RWAs to avail money to small companies or anyone who is looking for short term money. Invoice discounting works on the lower risk, so this brings lower risk to the investors. Unlike other investments this is a short term investment, the period of investment can be as short as 30 days.

• For Businesses:

Invoice discounting allows to have immediate cash from investors against company's outstanding invoices. This helps in maintaining steady cash flow and meeting short-term financial obligations. Companies can choose which invoices to discount and when, based on the cash-flow needs so it brings quick access to funds. The cost of financing is based on the discount rate applied to the invoices. These rates are typically lower than the interest rates charged by banks for the loan.

Working of AltInvest: The company submits an application providing invoices.

On checking the risks and authenticity of the invoices, factor declines or approves invoices.

On approving invoices, AltInvest make an agreement and uploads it to the platform.

Company signs the agreement using their wallet. Post this Invoice gets available on the marketplace.

Investors can buy fractions for a particular tenure.

Recourse company pays the invoice. Currently we are keeping recourse on the seller.

Repayment date is already decided in the agreement, by that date investors should receive their principal with the interest.

We update the credit history for the company on our platform.

Investors can reinvest their money in other invoices.

The complete stack of the project that is frontend and backend is made with NextJs. As an additional database I have used MongoDB. I have compiled and deployed my contracts using remix ethereum IDE. Smart contracts are deployed on Optimism.

Optimism is super fast and have very less gas fees which helps in maximizing profit. And as it's also is one of the superchains that makes it easy for everyone to invest in the project.

The currency unit I am using for now is Gwei, for simple reason that I have less faucets and so the others.
