Couldn't complete it, but the idea is that a community pulls ETH together in a vault and become a flashminter that mints GHO - which can then be used to support community projects or just lend it out. There are borrowers who come to borrow the GHO for a fee, that when paid back is distributed to the community based on the amount of ETH they put in the vault.

The smart contracts, vaults, creditDelegation, IERC20 are written in solidity. Also forking Aave facilitators / flashminter code to pull the backend together. The frontend/UI will be built with nextjs, tailwind CSS which will connect with the smart contract to allow users use the dApp more easily.
