Ghostie

Ghostie is a web3 platform revolutionizing prize bonds. Users participate by purchasing bond tickets and earn returns share of the prize pot. If their ticket matches the winning number, they receive both a yield and a prize. Other option is investor can stake their ticket as collateral for GHO borrowing, enhancing their cashflow

The rewards for matching numbers are as follows:

• Match all (6): Winners get 70% of prize pot and divided among the total winning tickets
• Match last 5: Winners get 15% of prize pot and divided among the total winning tickets
• Match last 4: Winners get 10% of prize pot and divided among the total winning tickets
• Match last 3: Winners get 5% of prize pot and divided among the total winning tickets

At the end of each round, users can withdraw the tokens they used to purchase tickets. The prize pot and yield itself is generated from yields in AAVE V3, where all ticket reservation tokens are actively farmed.

Ghostie was developed using a combination of technologies to ensure a seamless and innovative user experience. The frontend was developed using Next.js, a React framework known for its speed and efficiency. The smart contract, central to Ghostie's operations, was implemented by Solidity. To facilitate wallet connections, Ghostie leveraged the Wallet Connection Kit from "Family," streamlining the integration process and enhancing user accessibility. The project incorporated the Chainlink Verifiable Random Function (VRF) to generate random winning numbers, ensuring fairness and unpredictability in the outcome. Notably, Ghostie was designed with interoperability in mind, seamlessly plugging into AAVE V3. This integration allows users to supply funds, earn yield, and borrow GHO tokens, adding an extra layer of utility to the platform.
