To get started visit Hireme.gg and connect your metamask.
To get 100 free Hire tokens, the tokens you need to create and propose jobs, connect with your Lens handle.
What’s lens? Well, It’s a permissionless, non-custodial, social media profile.
With Lens Protocol, you are in control. You own your profile, where you use it, how you use it, and even how you monetize it. Giving you the power over your content and identity.
Once you connect with your Lens NFT, we’ll ask you to register, for free, in exchange for your first 100 Hire tokens.
You can then complete your profile and start exploring the application.
To add a job, navigate to the jobs board and select ‘add new job’ where you can then fill out the job specifications and contract details.
Once submitted you will be able to view proposals within the job detail, where you can review and accept or decline the proposal.
To make your own proposal, navigate to the jobs board and select a job that interests you.
You can then review the job details and client history, add to favourites or submit a proposal.
You can keep track of your jobs and proposals in your profile.
Upon a job's completion, if all parties agree the work is done HireMe’s smart contracts will automatically handle payment and hand over.
If there is disagreement, arbitration will be triggered with Kleros, a decentralized arbitration service.
Our stack is completely decentralized, we store the jobs metadata on IPFS, the user profile on Ceramic, and the funds are escrowed in our smart contract.
Going forwards we want to add support for more identity solutions, bright ID, Proof of humanity, etc... And build out Hire Me’s own arbitration system.

How it's Made
For the frontend client of our dapp we used next.js and tailwind css, the frontend it's deployed on vercel
to store the jobs metadata we are using IPFS, and then we store the IPFS hash on our smart contract
the user profile data it's stored on Ceramic
our smart contracts are developed with Solidity using Hardhat as devtooling
our dapp integrats Lens Protocol social graph
