Universal basic income requires large amounts of financial resources.

There are ways to raise funds through government funds or institutional donations, but these are limited to countries or communities.

On the other hand, there are many good participants around the world who want to personally contribute to the community and donate even small amounts.

Therefore, in order to provide universal basic income to those in need around the world, we have proposed a completely new method of Lotto Impact.

Based on Ethereum, the number was determined by spinning a ball based on probability, and the fund was split, with some donating to a fund for social impact, and some paying prize money to the person who made the most matches among all participants.

I participated in Scaffold-eth's workshop, learned operating principles and technologies, and applied them to the project. In particular, we connected the wallet through RainbowKit in Hardhat and NextJS environments so that first-time users can use it easily.
