Nouns RC Tribute

This project is a decentralized application for the Nouns DAO Running Club community, designed to enrich member engagement by allowing the creation of tribute messages for specific events. These messages are tied to digital POAPs, serving as unique tokens of participation. The DApp offers a user-friendly platform, emphasizing a minimalist design to facilitate easy interaction and enhance the community experience. Its primary aim is to blend community building with the innovative use of blockchain technology, fostering a sense of belonging and recognition among Nouns DAO members.

The backend infrastructure of this DApp uses an Ethereum smart contract, developed and tested using Foundry. The contract is deployed using Remix, for the sake of easy verification on the block explorer. The smart contract manages the storage and retrieval of tribute messages linked to specific events and digital POAPs. For the frontend, we employ Next.js. Viem handles the intricacies of Ethereum transactions. Wallet connectivity is integrated with RainbowKit.
