Project Description

Concept Overview Real-World Asset (RWA) Based Synthetics:

RWAs: These are tangible, physical assets like real estate, commodities, or even financial instruments like bonds. Synthetics: These are digital representations or derivatives of real-world assets on the blockchain. They mimic the value and performance of the RWAs they represent. Controlled Marketplace:

It's a platform where investors can trade these synthetic assets. Provides a safe and regulated environment for trading, ensuring compliance and security. Exposure to RWAs:

Investors can gain exposure to the price movements and value of real-world assets through synthetic assets. This opens up traditional asset classes to a broader range of investors, especially those in the DeFi space.

How it's Made

Technical and Financial Mechanism Bancor Curve Implementation: The marketplace uses the Bancor Curve, a mathematical formula, to determine the price of synthetic assets. This curve can provide continuous liquidity and price stability, essential for trading. Asset Locking and Minting Synthetics: RWAs are locked in a vault to back the synthetics. Corresponding synthetic assets are minted against these locked assets. This ensures that the synthetic assets have real value, as they are backed by tangible assets. Inclusive Market for DeFi Users: By minting synthetics of RWAs, the platform bridges the gap between traditional asset markets and DeFi users. Allows DeFi users to diversify their portfolios with assets that have different risk profiles compared to typical crypto assets.
