Web3 airbnb for the vibe economy using on-chain reputation for recommendations and TBAs for in-app reputation building.
Project Description
Our project Springr was born out of a personal necessity -- as crypto nomads ourselves, we realized there was a gap in the short-stay market for vibes-based, affordable and on-chain accommodation.
Springr presents unique solutions to 4 key problems/gaps: (1) Accommodation marketplaces such as couchsurfing/Airbnb recommend you places off filters like location and price — Springr recommends you places based off your on-chain identity (e.g. what NFTs you hold, what DAOs you belong to, where you've been via POAPS); (2) Pay securely with crypto — not just fiat; (3) Have all crypto events and listings in one place — select an event to see related listings (4) Be rewarded for your Springr activity and show it off on-chain. Build an in-app identity via your wallet;
How it's Made
Airstack for querying NFTs and providing recommendations based off wallet data.
ERC-6551 to create unique accounts for each user that mints an Access Pass NFT. Users can mint individual listings and then be paid for those. TBAs allow for loyalty points for power users.
We used IPFS for storing listing images/metadata.
Lit Protocol for token-gated authentication.
