Project Description
Zephy is a platform that aims to simplify the use of blockchain for payments by implementing already existing systems of payment in web2. Zephy targets creation of links as way of payment for remote earners or freelancers.
Zephy provides a protocol for individuals to request for loans from creditors on the network and based on their credit scores which is verified by world id, user stakes a colateral 40% worth of his/her requested loan, then they are rewarded with the requested laon.
Zephy finance is built upon React, which provides us plenty of support from community and ready to components to build scalable UI. We used open Zepplin to create secure smart contracts and deployed to optimism network which helps use optimise the gas fee for intended for transanction of users on the Zephy finance.
We are using ERC 4337 from the alchemy account kit to creates smart accounts to abstract the need for creating and managing private keys and key phrases. This reduces the strange terms in web3 as we aim to onboard those not litrate in web3.

Most of the team are web2 developers but we were able to write out smart contracts and deploy them all functioning properly. This was the most note worth thing for us.
